Yesterday was Sunday, which means brunch was an essential. I have a few family members visiting me for the holidays so I decided to take them to Snooze. Snooze has been in my personal brunch repertoire for some time as I never have an issue. The food is always great and the drinks even better.
On this particular cold Arizona morning, I decided to start with a warm spiked cider drink off of their specials menu.
Not only was this drink gorgeous to look at, it tasted like fall in a cup. Upon my first sip I was immediately transported to a couch in front of a roaring fire. It was absolutely delicious but it does cool rather quickly so be sure to drink up if you decide to order!
For my entree, I decided to order my personal favorite, the Snooze Spuds Deluxe. Coming with a base of cheese and potatoes, you can add any toppings your heart desires. I chose something more on the simple side, caramelized onions and bacon. This meal is hearty and extremely filling. The portions are definitely on the larger side but that didn’t stop me from ordering a giant chocolate chip pancake on the side!
Snooze is a bit on the pricier side of the brunch spectrum but I’ve enjoyed every visit. The food is delicious and varies from sweet to savory in all the best ways. If you have the opportunity, check out one of their many locations throughout the valley.
